Beach Wheelchair
There is 1 beach wheelchair (with an attachable umbrella for shade) and 2 water wheelchairs available for persons with disabilities free of charge at the Grand Haven State Park. They are available on a first come, first serve basis. Although they are avaiable free of charge, it must be used at the Grand Haven State Park and an ID needs to be left behind with Breakers Beach Concession while the chair is out in use.

The Grand Haven City Beach offers an accessiblity ramp to assist not only persons with disabilities, but eldery persons, families with strollers and visitors with lots of fun beach toys.
The ramp starts at the newly built bathhouse close to The Grand Haven City Beach parking lot and ends near the water.
