CONGRATULATIONS to the Winners of the 2008 Sizzlin' Salmon Showdown!

An overcast Saturday turned out to be warm with a nice breeze – perfect grilling weather for our contestants as they faced off against each other in the 2nd Annual Sizzlin' Salmon Showdown!

While our guests awaited the chance to try each contestant's completed recipe, product sampling was available that included a whole smoked salmon along with crackers, assorted platters of fresh cut fruit, Hydrate flavored water and several flavors of non-alcoholic sparkling beverages.
