Gourmet Salmon Cook-off

· Gourmet Salmon Cook-Off Contest, WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 20, 1-2 p.m. Inside the Wine Tasting Pavilion featuring favorite local and regional eateries as they face-off in a mouth-watering competition with local celebrity judges.
· Gourmet Salmon Tasting - Open to Patrons, presented by Centennial SecuritiesWHEN: Saturday, Sept. 20, 2-5 p.m. Municipal Marina. Once the judging is complete the cook-off area will open for patrons to enjoy samples of the gourmet salmon dishes. Patrons taste salmon samples ranging from smoked salmon, grilled salmon, sautéed salmon, sushi, salmon salad, etc all prepared by area chefs.
