Gourmet Salmon Cook - Off Contest
WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012 inside the Wine Tasting Pavilion
Featuring favorite local and regional eateries as they face-off in a mouth-watering competition with local celebrity judges.
 
Gourmet Salmon Tasting - Open to Patrons, presented by Superior Seafood & Black Pearl Salmon 
WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, 1-5pm at the Municipal Marina
Once the judging is complete the cook-off area will open for patrons to enjoy samples of the gourmet salmon dishes. Patrons taste salmon samples ranging from smoked salmon, grilled salmon, sautéed salmon, sushi, salmon salad, etc all prepared by area chefs.
 
 
D&W Cooking Demonstrations - Open to Patrons, presented by 
D&W Fresh Market
WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, 2:30, 3:30, 4:30pm Main Festival Tent
Enjoy 3-20 minute cooking demonstrations by a select D&W Chef.  Demonstrations will include information on preparation, food pairing and presentation.  Free samples for those attending the session.
