Thank you to our 2011 volunteers, there were over 175 of you! We greatly appreciated your time and commitment to the Grand Haven Salmon Festival and we hope you will join us again for 2012!

The Grand Haven Salmon Festival is an event filled with food, wine, and family fun for thousands of attendees! So why not lend a helping hand to create lasting memories for yourself and others?

Being a volunteer can be extremely rewarding, exciting, and fun! As a volunteer you will have a huge impact on the enjoyment of our guests and the success of the event. Salmon Festival is striving to be one of the finest festivals in Michigan and with your help, this is possible! 

There are numerous ways in which you can volunteer for Salmon Festival 2012. Last year positions included: set up crew, grape stomp, wine/beer/cider pourers, salmon tasting booth, silent auction, kids activities, tent hosts, sales team, and the cleanup crew. 

Volunteers who log a certain number of hours are rewarded with volunteer perks ranging from free food and drinks to complimentary Salmon Festival tickets or a Salmon Festival gift bag. See the Volunteer Application for more information. 

This year’s Salmon Festival will be September 21-23, 2012 with volunteers needed for Friday setup and the events on Saturday the 22nd.
